Pack everything you need and ship it to us. You can use your own box or add a shipping package in your order. A pre-paid shipping label can be included as well.

You will be notified once your digitized memories have been added to your Google Photos library. If you ordered a USB or DVD output, you will receive it along with your original media.

How long will it take to get my digitized memories?

You will receive your completed order in about 4 weeks (includes processing and return shipping) from the time we receive your media; it will include your originals and any Digital Copy, USB, or DVD you ordered.

Will my original items be returned?

Your original media and containers will be returned with your completed order.

What will I receive?

First of all, you will receive the original media you mailed to us. You will also receive a digital copy of each media in a downloadable format, plus any additional devices you ordered, such as a USB thumb drive and DVDs.
