The transfer price for your custom order includes a Digital Copy and MemoryCloud access, where you can view, download, order copies, and save your memories to Google Photos.
Film transfers, the price includes cleaning, mold removal, splicing, and repair of any broken film; reduction of scratches, dust, and dirt on your film; and combining your film onto 7-inch plastic reels. Photo transfers include color correction of your original images.
Your original media and containers will be returned with your completed order.
You will receive your completed order in about 4 weeks (includes processing and return shipping) from the time we receive your media; it will include your originals and any Digital Copy, USB, or DVD you ordered.
When you digitize your memories with Capture, we want to make sure you are happy with the results. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it to us for reprocessing.
